Swarm Rescue
Five simulated robots search an unknown arena for victims, coordinating only through a shared pheromone map.
Designed the coordination scheme and wrote the controller, pheromone server and mission nodes.

No planner
Nothing assigns areas to robots. Each one sees only nearby obstacles and its own position.
Leave a trail
Robots deposit pheromone as they move. A server blurs each deposit so neighbours can sense a gradient, and evaporates the map so old trails fade.
Explore or follow
Each step, a robot mostly heads for less-visited ground and sometimes follows a strong trail. That balance is the whole algorithm.
Done means all five
The mission ends only when every victim has been reported once.
